The Sunset Shores Mobile Home & RV Park

Sunset Shores Co-Op, Inc., is a small, resident-owned adult only (55+) Mobile Home & RV Park, located on the southern shores of beautiful Clinch Lake in Frostproof, Florida. This 1,600 acre, 40-foot-deep lake is a great place for bird watching, boating, fishing, water skiing, sunbathing, and swimming, not to mention viewing the incredible sunsets.

Our newly renovated club house offers a variety of planned community activities, such as: billiards, bingo, card games, crafts, coffee socials, breakfasts, and potlucks, just to name a few. Click here for more information on our community events.

Formerly called Sugar Sands Mobile Home Park, Sunset Shores became a resident-owned co-operative in 2008, allowing the residents the option of becoming a part-owner in the park. Click here for more information on how to become a resident owner in our co-op.
